Risk Management
We follow a clear three-level Risk Management Plan. Level 1 covers minor issues handled on-site. Level 2 involves Camp Director oversight and parent notification for moderate situations. Level 3 activates our Emergency Response Team for major events, ensuring full reporting within 24 hours.
Parent & School Reporting
For every camp, we prepare a clear Parent & School Report summarizing each participant’s experience. We reflect on communication, leadership, and teamwork, highlighting both strengths and areas for continued growth.
Camp Certificate System
To recognize growth, we use a three-level system (Bronze, Silver, Gold) rewarding attendance, leadership, and positive influence. Special awards for Outdoor Challenge and Camp Spirit are signed by the Director.
Child Protection
We uphold strict protection policies and equipment standards, creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels secure and valued.
